Nurturic website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) is an online service owned, operated and managed by Pyrite Fitness Private Limited (“We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”). By using/accessing Our Platform, the users (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below or as may be revised from time to time (“Shipping Policy”). This Shipping Policy governs the usage of the Platform by the User. This Shipping Policy is for an indefinite period and the User understands and agrees that the User is bound by such terms till the time the User accesses this Platform. Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Shipping Policy from time to time without any obligation to notify You of such change and it is Your responsibility to check this Shipping Policy periodically for any changes. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Shipping Policy terms by Your continued use of the Platform after the date of such revised Shipping Policy is posted.

Terms

We at Nurturic know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone, email and SMS to keep you updated

The shipping charges may apply on a product. The charges will vary depending on the quantity of a product and delivery location. The charges will be mentioned on the product page along with other product details.

Free shipping is available on all products, subject to the minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 50/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 999/-  within Hyderabad (Telangana).

Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 80/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1499/-  within India ( Excluding Telangana).

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is lost in transit by us.

We currently ship in Hyderabad and  all over India. As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information from your ‘My Account’ section on  www.nurturic.com. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

The duration of dispatching an order may vary depending on the type of order you have placed. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are mostly delivered between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations  may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.

It is the User’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Company’s Shipping Policy, before subscribing/ buying the products. By subscribing/buying, You acknowledge that You have read this Shipping policy and that You agree with and fully accept the terms of this Shipping  Policy.
